Overall nice hotel, I came here with my daughter. Perfectly clean room where breakfast was provided, affable staff - everything was excellent. I liked very tasty breakfast with untasty coffee, offered by the property.

The double room at Perla in Augustow had a cozy and comfortable feel, with a carpeted floor and city views. I loved waking up and seeing the city come to life! The private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer was a definite plus. I appreciated having my own space to freshen up after a long day of biking. The apartment was well-equipped, with extras like a bathrobe, air conditioning, and an electric kettle. It made my stay even more enjoyable and convenient. I was happy to find that the room had a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing and catching up on some shows. The wardrobe provided ample storage space for my belongings, keeping the room tidy and organized. It was great to have a fridge in the room, allowing me to store cold drinks and snacks for the day.

Personally, I would have preferred if the room also offered free toiletries. However, this is just my personal preference and others may not find it as important.

The location was perfect and ideal, just next door to the underground, the main streets, and the town's main square. We found a nice Zabajka nearby with hot beverages. - the room was warm, spacious, and where breakfast was provided.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Augustow. The location was perfect, right in the city center near the main streets. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, giving it a beautiful castle-like atmosphere. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, super clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to check us in even though we arrived late. The breakfast buffet was amazing, offering a delicious continental spread that left us feeling satisfied. the hotel provided free parking for our two cars, a great convenience.

The rooms in the hotel are fitted with a kettle. Not gonna lie, I felt like a wizard conjuring up a perfect cup of tea whenever I wanted. It made me feel right at home, minus the whole magical powers thing. Definitely a delightful touch!
